Food is consistently excellent. Front of house staff (at least during lunch) is consistently terrible - not unfriendly, just totally unaware. I always order online and wait at least 20 minutes before going to pick up. More often than not, I get to the store and am still waiting for my salad (same order every time) to be bagged up and put on the to-go shelf. I then try to catch the attention of the very busy staff. Received an unacceptable sandwich today with a literal scrap of chicken and prosciutto on it. For these prices I would expect more.
Great sandwiches! I had the Peruvian steak it was delicious ordered online and just walked in picked it up and walked out
Very good service, fresh ingredients, accommodated shellfish allergy.
