I love coming to Medicino Farms at The Lot — it’s one of my favorite go-to spots whenever I’m in the area. I recently decided to bring my parents here for lunch for their first visit. While the food was amazing as always (5/5) and the ambiance is beautiful and welcoming, unfortunately our experience with customer service was disappointing. I love Mendo! This location is in the perfect place with tons of shopping nearby. I love all of the menu items, but the curried couscous is my favorite. Don’t sleep on their catering menu for your events because you get a ton of food for a great price point and they set everything up for you. Nadine is the manager of this location and she was super helpful when I needed assistance with a credit card receipt for a business expense. Great customer service!
