Stopped by Mendocino Farms and ordered the Vegan Banh Mi sandwich for takeout. The sandwich was really good — fresh ingredients, great balance of flavor, and the tofu was perfectly marinated with just the right amount of crunch and spice. Service was friendly but took a bit longer than expected for a takeaway order. Still, the food quality made up for it. Overall, a tasty and satisfying meal — I’d definitely come back to try more from their menu.
I love their food, really do. But if you're going to order for pickup, know they will probably tell you it's going to take 50 minutes to be ready but then add on an extra 20 to that if you need the timing. Every time I think I have enough time but end up standing there extra time and running back to make a meeting.
