I recently visited Mendocino Farms and had a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant had a bright, modern, and welcoming atmosphere that made it a great place to enjoy a meal. This is my 2nd visit at this location and I wanted to give a shout out to Ky who provided service for the second time. He’s super friendly and personable and I can’t say enough good things about him providing a great experience both times! And they have a delicious superfood salad with quinoa!
I was gonna fast today but the thought of having the Peruvian steak tempted me enough. I also wanted to try bigger size of some sides. But the employees are so nice, they are very friendly, and I got a free cookie in my order! I will definitely enjoy it, thank you so much. Made my week honestly. It's been a tough sleep-deprived week. The cookie will give enough energy to go work hard for rest of the day.
Great food as usual and this new location is my favorite - however, the service was the worst! Two of us ordered the same thing and the brilliant cashier charged for one salad! Then we had to order again and WAIT! Meanwhile the soup we ordered became cold - we wanted everything at the same time! We asked to have it reheated and apparently they don’t do that. I rarely write reviews on franchises but.. I had to write a review for best customer service we’ve ever received in a long time. Adriano was amazing from the start to finish, super helpful and nice. He honestly in a way made our day and make us leave with a smile on our faces. He is simply just amazing.
