The Mendocino Farms at LBX is such a fantastic addition to Long Beach. The space is bright, modern, and has a great indoor-outdoor flow that makes it a perfect lunch spot. I always go for the "Not So Fried" Chicken Sandwich or the Avocado Quinoa Salad, and they never disappoint. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, and the service is fast and friendly even during the busy peak hours. It is an awesome, consistent spot for a healthy and delicious meal!
The Thai Mango salad with tofu is delicious! But no need to put a stack of 17 napkins in my 1 salad order. It's wasteful. Great service and friendly staff though.
Delicious food. Love love love this place! Everyone is super nice who works there!!!
