Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for taking our money for an application and then giving my family the runaround instead of telling us you were selling out the rental portion of the company. Found out about it this last weekend. Spoke to the company now running those properties this morning... all of the applications since June have been null and void. They do a great job managing our property in RV.
This place is a scam...takes your application fee, then tells you they will let you know if they decide to go with your application. At that point, you might have the privilege of viewing their rentals. There is clearly a lot of competition for their housing, yet, their rentals remain open. Sounds like they are just collecting application fees.
