1. This TFW works without supervision , they just doing what being told. They’re not aware the proper codes of our city . Can’t barely explain to us the right function of the system. 2. This company has friendly hard working people who took the time and effort to take us on when we were left in a jam with our original AC installer and given incorrect maintenance info. Everyone from the Admin staff (Gabriella) to our friendly hard working technician (Sunith) and even the Owner took time to phone personally when I had questions.
