The mental health provider at Mendful Minds was the answer to my prayers. After years of suffering from depression, I was placed on so many ineffective medications with horrible side effects. The provider there took the time to listen to my concerns, my lifestyle and my previous treatment history and curated a treatment plan that met my personal mental health goals. I made an appointment for medication management, I had to CALL TO ASK WHY IT WAS CANCELLED, was told it was cancelled automatically, was anyone going to inform me of a timeframe for registration/forms??? How would I know?
