Your service man, I don't recall his name, was such a gentleman. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. Took a couple days to get part needed. They should carry these simple parts on their truck. Should be same day approval for a simple part. Again, serviceman was great

He did a fantastic job repairing the issue very promptly. He also showed up before 7am because I had no heat in my house which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend.
