RecommendedTierra Vida is a very nice community with a great view of Arizona’s mountains. My husband and I love how peaceful and quiet it is here and haven’t had one issue with the management. They have been very quick to fix anything that needed fixing. It’s out first home together that holds many memories. We love the community and the service the staff bring.
My fiancee was harassed by the security guard. He was giving a co worker a ride home and once the co worker got out and headed inside. My fiancee was txting me to give me and update and eta of when he would be home. The security guard approached his vehicle in an aggressive manner then demanding all sorts of things. He is not a cop. He is a security guard. My fiancee was there for no more then a few minutes. Needless to say we will not be moving into Bela Rosa once our current lease is up, which was our plan.

RecommendedNancydee is great. The apartments are old but comfortable and quiet. It’s pet friendly and affordable. The cons are that there are no plugs in the bathrooms, not enough in the kitchen. The two day grace period is also a little absurd, but, the website allows you to make partial payments and pay in advance, which is pretty cool. All in all, it’s a great location and fun place to live.

RecommendedBayview is a quiet complex and offers just what you need for a descent price. it's what I can afford and it fits my family's needs. Let me also add that the rental office staff is friendly and courteous.
