Very satisfied with how quickly Mendenhall handles problems. There was one occasion when they installed a new system for me and it took awhile to work properly. Turns out they had to end up getting the manufacturer involved since it was a product problem and not a service problem. I was impressed with their swiftness in getting the issue resolved.
The service provided is impeccable. Not only do you receive quality, the information is comprehensive so that the customer is fully aware of the whats and whys. Being comfortable with the personnel is key; their comings and goings cause no concerns.
Great Communication Their service technicians generally speaking are very knowledgeable and have great communication with the customer. They perform their work on time as scheduled and every experience I've had with them had been very positive.
Very Fair Pricing Very fair pricing and I trust their judgement. I didn't have to worry about a thing, everything was completed on time as promised and at or below the quoted price.
A great HVAC company. They are nice, honest people unlike some of the folks you run across in these larger more commercialized companies. They give it to your straight.
Their service technicians are very helpful. One time they were repairing my furnace during the winter and they had to order parts for it. They brought us heaters to keep us warm until the parts came in! Extremely happy with their customer service.
I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was done as promised and the job they did exceeded my expectations.
Took Time Initially they sat with us for some time to explain what exactly they were doing and assessed our needs on the unit we required. We can to an agreement on what we wanted to install and they were transparent when addressing our concerns.
I was recommended to Mendenhall Mechanical Services and was told that they have always been so fair, honest, and kind people. I don't like dealing with big commercialized companies who are out for your money and not providing good service.
