The apartment complex is old but price point is decent. However, the apartment complex is in front of a low-income apartment complex and over there, there are fights, loud music and cars illegally park every day causing a lot of disruption for the tenants of Menden Manor apartments. The complex does not feel safe and the management does not do anything to improve the situation regardless of how many tenants share their concerns with the safety and the parking situation. Been living here for a year now and with the new landlord everything has changed for the better. Noise issues are gone and I can recommend Menden manor to anyone.
Menden Manor is at its best thanks to new management. Absolutely love living here, you can tell the property is not only taken care of but has great neighbors, it’s located next to a big shopping mall and is family friendly thanks to the calm neighborhood and nearby parks. Recommend to anyone, this is the best place I be lived in the Bay Area.
