I wish I could give zero stars. This review reflects an experience from over a year ago. I chose this practice during a mental health crisis because I urgently needed therapeutic services. Unfortunately, I was never seen—despite uploading all required documents within the given timeframe. For clarity: I uploaded my documents on 9/23, and my appointment was scheduled for 9/24. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time trying to book through their website. The office staff is completely unhelpful and uninformed. They have no access to the website records nor do they comply with HIPPA or PII privacy laws.
Mone’t is thoughtful, thorough, and well read. She always listens well and guides me through heath decisions rather than making choices without consulting with me. I would recommend her to anybody!
Monet is very knowledgeable, asked a lot of detailed questions and offered some great resources.
