Wish it was a zero option this is Awful how are you gonna try to charge patients for cancelling appointments when their sick and tell you they cant make the appointment then you ask for office manager to give you a call and staff tells you she( Stacey) didnt call because she added another $25 missed appointment fee RIDICULOUS do better stop scamming.

This office used to be incredible. The staff were all friendly and understanding of my anxiety regarding dental care after traumatic experiences. Whenever possible, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Now, it feels less personal and more inexperienced. Almost every staff member I met a year ago appears to be gone. I had a Appt.
