These muffins are supposed to have a 21 day shelf life. The company mass bakes and then stores them in a hot garage until they sell them and they arrive moldy! When we asked them to replace the order, Mendel's Muffins avoided us and refused! Some of the muffins were so moldy they were crystalized!!! Our company was very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and accountability from Mendel and his company's employees. They clearly knew these muffins were old and they delivered them anyway!
