Today was my little boys first apt. I wasn’t comfortable at all. I hate theropy with all means but my son needs it for school I sat and observed and she told me in middle of session she almost told me to leave twice. With asking my 6 year old who knows nothing about sex sex questions. Other than that I liked her
I have been coming here for a while and I loved it up until recently when I was told that I will now have to find another psychiatrist/counselor to deal with because I missed an appointment. I am going through a situation where I really need counseling not to mention I basically work two jobs to make ends meet, one of them very high stress where it is hard for me to take time off for anything.... She is terrible and very discriminatory, and her communication skills are not there. She just jumped out of her chair and got extremely aggressive with me all because I expressed that I feel like she doesn’t listen to me and I’ve expressed this before. I was not rude, aggressive, or irate. I remained calm and put me out of her office and threatened to call the police for no reason at all. Very unprofessional, communication is horrible, they do not care about their patients and their wellbeing. The doctor will fuss and yell at you, for this to be a mental health office. The secretary will get an attitude hang up the phone in your face. Now, I could see if a person had an attitude with them, but to ask a simple question and let them know hey this is a BAD day and when I say the doctor Went off.
