This bad review is hopefully not being written to stay. This is more of a public complaint so whoever the owner is grows up just a little bit. The current hours of the store are until 10pm CST. Did you know as a customer of Menchies that locations offer “fill your cup” nights after a certain hour. The photo attached is for the cedar park location, which yes I’d rather drive too if it doesn’t mean this crap. This location decides to post saying “7pm Tuesday fill your cup”. The female with red hair is always so rude for no reason. Her customer service is horrible. Nothing is ever stocked or cleaned. And she didn't scan my app right. If you don't like your job get a new one.
We used to really enjoy going to Menchie's. Not so much anymore. There's used to be a variety of dairy free and gluten free options that were always changing. It seems like the vegan choices haven't changed in a long time. Now the customer service is really lacking. There was teenager who was too busy on her phone to look up and get us bowls. The range of yoghurts are low, some are out of order. But the toppings and remaining yogurts have filled the space. Great ambiance. Quality.
