We used to really enjoy going to Menchie's. Not so much anymore. There's used to be a variety of dairy free and gluten free options that were always changing. It seems like the vegan choices haven't changed in a long time. Now the customer service is really lacking. There was teenager who was too busy on her phone to look up and get us bowls. The range of yoghurts are low, some are out of order. But the toppings and remaining yogurts have filled the space. Great ambiance. Quality.
Menchies is always good. You just have to know what you are getting. Make sure to sample new flavors!
