Great place but asking for tips while the person behind the register does literally nothing is crazy work they try adding the tip when you pay and have to manually press "no"

Tasty with good toppings. Last few times I've been the sauces have not been filled at all.
Flavors were so so, place was clean. Can we please stop forcing tips?? This is 100% self-serve, yet when you check out, there’s a seemingly required tip. The person literally just stands there to ring up your order after you’ve created it. Didn’t seem to be a place to alter the tip to be any less than 15%. So wild!!
This bad review is hopefully not being written to stay. This is more of a public complaint so whoever the owner is grows up just a little bit. The current hours of the store are until 10pm CST. Did you know as a customer of Menchies that locations offer “fill your cup” nights after a certain hour. The photo attached is for the cedar park location, which yes I’d rather drive too if it doesn’t mean this crap. This location decides to post saying “7pm Tuesday fill your cup”.
