Amazing experience. Great customer service
Recently I visited the Doral Commons Menchie's where I received stellar service from one of the employees. This employee was named Sophia N. I was lost and confused at which frozen yogurt flavor to pick, as I've only been at a Menchie's a few times. She guided me with patience and kindness and helped me pick the following flavors: Dulce de Leche and Cookies and Cream. She enhanced my experience of one of my first Menchie's visits.
