After having dinner across the street, our niece wanted dessert, so we decided to check out Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. My wife and I got the original tart, and our niece chose strawberry and mango. While we were grabbing spoons, my wife noticed a fly inside the spoon holder and mentioned it to our niece. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Both yogurts were spoiled, and the staff insisted that’s how it’s supposed to taste. Then they shut the door on us, saying they were closing. Unbelievable! I almost gave this to my 2-year-old — thank goodness I tasted it first.
Pass this shop almost daily as I get on 295. Decided I’d pop in one day as I was craving frozen yogurt. My go to anywhere is always the tart, which was excellent. The chocolate was good but ran melted right out of the machine. Third flavor was birthday cake, and tasted nothing like birthday cake. I didn’t get a lot, bc I just needed a hit to get rid of the craving, but it’s definitely pricey. The rainbow sprinkles were also not fresh. The spoon was very cute!
I give Menchies a 4 star because the attendant was very helpful and pleasant. The brownies I added was fresh and tasty. However the discomfort cookie crumbles tasted stale which threw the taste.
