Poor customer service, wasn't greeted by the worker. I got a bad vibe from the lady but I didn't really trip about it until me and my daughter had sat down to eat our icecream. She was starring at us like she didn't want us in there, she approached me about having my leg propped up on an empty chair at my table. I felt like she targeted us because we was the only black people in the establishment. If you don't believe me, check the camera. 7/24/25 3:35pm

Leaving a five star review because of Jake. Seldom do you meet fun and good personalities in common spots. He really made a normal trip that’s could’ve been a fine check in check out experience memorable. Was honest, witty, went along with some jokes. If you see this Jake, go out and do great things!
My daughter accidentally dropped her yogurt on the floor and all of associates gave me ugly looks. I picked up as much as I could as I’m pregnant but they still just watched and did nothing to help. After my husband and I picked up as much as we could they still continued to stare and do nothing. Customers were stepping all over the spilled toppings (also an hazard) and still they did nothing but give ugly looks.
