Having arrived in the afternoon and they were out of 3 flavors and all others were blinking “low”.. worst customer service, they don’t greet you as you enter and seem like they don’t want to be there.. maybe the employees need to be replaced.
Amazing service!
Poor customer service, wasn't greeted by the worker. I got a bad vibe from the lady but I didn't really trip about it until me and my daughter had sat down to eat our icecream. She was starring at us like she didn't want us in there, she approached me about having my leg propped up on an empty chair at my table. I felt like she targeted us because we was the only black people in the establishment. If you don't believe me, check the camera. 7/24/25 3:35pm
