Had the employee stand over our shoulder because my child (who didn’t drop a single topping) was picking out his own toppings. She hovered to make sure he didn’t drop anything so she wouldn’t have to clean it. Such an upsetting experience. I hope management addresses this and gives training about the reality of working in an icecream shop where kids will come. The only flavor I liked was their blue raspberry tart, but they keep changing the ingredients, and it never tastes the same. It used to have a nice tartness, which I really enjoyed, but now they’ve made it overly sweet, and it just doesn’t taste good anymore.
The absolute worst customer service and stale toppings. When I tried to let the manager/owner know they tasted stale he argued with me and got defensive. I was just trying to be helpful so there weren't issues with other customers. Ridiculously overpriced, will never come back!
While the price is a tad bit expensive, the selection is pretty good. My kids love having so many options. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The only thing I would suggest is having more than the same 2 vegan options.
