I went in on 4/17/2026 and the worker was very rude, she shoulder checked me while saying "excuse me" she could have walked around me. I had just had a medical procedure done and was in pain and wanted some frozen yogurt. Plus half the yogurt was out and the area that has fruit, had bugs flying and landing on the fruit. She still expected a tip after we paid.
The “Dubai chocolate” flavor tasted like a really bad amaretto flavor. It was the worst frozen yogurt flavor I’ve ever had. It ruined my whole bowl.
Stopped by on Sunday the 22nd. We typically love menchies anywhere so my girlfriend and I were excited to stop by. Taste-wise everything was good and fresh. However, there was a lot of attitude from the front counter girl. The app was new and weird to us as we had to input the number into the tablet but redeem points beforehand. I love going here on Friday nights for the $6 deal it’s amazing, however I do feel badly for the employees because there is usually only one checkout person and I feel badly because they always look stressed, very understandably considering how many people come for the deal. Me and many of my friends love the dolce de Leche and would highly appreciate it becoming a flavor that is available more often. We also tried the tart black raspberry flavor last night and it was absolutely delightful.
Decent place. Good flavors. Not sure how the pricing works because when you put your bowls on the scale it also counts for the weight of the bowls not just the frozen yogurt and toppings. Kinda pricey. Was very thrown off when they asked for a tip but they dont serve you or even really interact with you in general. I like the look of the bubble wall thats cool.
