Absolutely dirty. I cannot believe how nasty this location is. There was ice cream residue all over the counters and toppings scattered. The floors were sticky and the sauce dispensers were empty and messy. The bathroom trash was full and paper towels were all over the floor. Management needs to do a better job.

Over 1/2 of the machines were not working or had a had written sign that said push up the lever when done. Other handles were taped together with duct tape. Two flavors were flat out missing. It was a fun place to take the family, but very concerned about the condition and how run down it all is.
This was my second visit, and unfortunately it was even worse than the first. The first time, the staff was rude and stayed in the back without even greeting customers. The place was extremely dirty, many of the ice cream flavors were unavailable, and the topping bar looked like it had not been cleaned in days.
