By far the dirtiest Menchie's I have been to. This was not my first time here so I'm wondering if they changed management (it was not this bad on previous visit). Tables were dirty, floor was dirty, topping containers looked like they had not been cleaned in over a month with stuff caked on the sides and tops of many sections. Only a few sections had working magnets, so most lids had to be held opened with one hand while using other hand to scoop (this was a challenge with multiple containers and people in same area). I ordered twice off uber. The açaí bowl was plain not as advertised and bland. I ordered the next day and since they didn’t have the pineapple flavor on the app I tried calling several times to let them know before they made it. No one ever answers the phone there. I have ordered twice and it was a waste of money. I wasn’t going to leave a review if they would have just offered to fix it. I’ve now spent like 27 dollars…. What a waste.
Went here around 11:12 AM (12 minutes after opening). Door open, lights off, no employees in sight. Floor was filthy. I will not be returning.
