Me and my kids love coming here, the service and cleanliness is always top tier! fresh toppings, and rotating flavors for everyone.
Everytime we've come here there has never been the same staff. I love the idea of this place but the constant turnover and hiring of nonchalant, uncaring teenagers is exhausting to deal with. They're so preoccupied with chatting with each other. We're still currently here but the two girls working tonight have disappeared from the counter while things up front are still messy and we can hear them talking to each other in the back. We love Menchie’s and our visit today was great. The shop was clean and well stocked. The cashier was very polite and helpful.
Even though it was packed, everything was still in stock and kept clean!
