1 star for the friendly staff — no complaints there. 0 stars for the overall experience. This place has really gone downhill. The flavors lack depth and taste artificial. The ice cream consistency is wet and underdeveloped. Toppings are dry, stale, and clearly not fresh. The main family bathroom lock doesn’t work, and the paper towel dispenser is either jammed or broken. Unfortunately, I won’t be bringing my family back.
Came here with our kids and nobody was out front and they only had three flavors operating. Two teens finally came out after 10 minutes and they were joking around. Convinced the kids to go to the Saratoga one where they had no problem being present, friendly and have good flavor options. This is the third time we have had this experience with this location.
Very good frozen yogurt plenty of toppings but very limited choices for yogurt. Very expensive!! One and done experience.
