Excellent experience every time I come here. Ive been here dozens of times and the employees are always nice and attentive. It's clean and stocked every time. They have some new flavors and my personal old favorites as well.
When I say AH -MAZ-ING that is what I mean. The flavors are simple yet plentiful and the toppings were fully stocked and fresh. Nutella and marshmallow topping with Cake Batter Froyo.....Yes Please
Visit this location often and the ice cream is good but service is always terrible. Tonight I went in and Annabelle and another gal was working - tried to ask a question about the flavors and was met with extreme attitude. Honestly just horrible customer service on her part and when I asked for the name she wouldn’t say. I would recommend finding staff who are able to have a positive attitude and act professional towards customers because I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep in my life. I had the best customer service from two of your employees, Anna Belle and Rose Mary. They were pleasant and helpful and didn't rush this senior citizen. Also, what I noticed that the kept the tables in the store and outside of the store clean and tidy. That is a big plus as I dislike sitting at a dirty table. Kudos for great service and a yummy dessert!
