I like their yogurt but they’re always cleaning up and closing an hour or 2 before the posted closing time so they waste my gas! Google says close at 8pm so I go up there at 7 & the doors be locked… if they close at 9 doors locked at 8

The place was soooo dirty , the floors and doors and hand prints, dark stains all over floor. The workers about 4 young girls just standing around. All the candy was out and no one refilled/ I had to ask and they went to back.

Today was my second time trying menchies and I received fantastic service from the worker Melanie! She brightened my day with an amazing greeting and was very patient when I asked a question about the kiwi boba. She then explained it perfectly and I could tell she knew the store like the back of her hand. Her bright personality and charisma really made me want to come again. 5 stars!!!!!!

Ive come here a zillion times with my daughter over the last 4 or 5 years with no problems but this place has taken a sharp turn for the very worst. We walk in tonight, there's 3 workers in there, not doing anything - on their phones. This is typical for teenage workers, but the place was DISGUSTING. I don't mean a little dribble here or there from the previous patrons- I'm talking filth in every tray under every flavor of yogurt, every surface was dirty. The staff of beautiful ladies were so helpful and friendly. Very clean. Menu had so many options. A definite must!!
