ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE – ROB SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE If I could give zero stars, I would. Actually, I’d PAY to subtract stars after the experience I had with ROB at Menchie’s. If you’re craving frozen yogurt but also want to be treated like dirt under someone’s shoe, Rob’s your guy.
Super fun place to go! Delicious options! Vegan, so many flavors! The staff are super friendly! They don’t accept cash they have a reward program you sign up online.. get the app. One suggestion.. sell bottled water. 🙏

We went into this location on Saturday afternoon with 6 kids (ages 10-16) and three adults to celebrate my teenager’s 16th birthday. Savannah and Janet were AMAZING. Top notch customer service and assistance with our big group, and genuinely friendly and kind. They made the beginning of our party fantastic and we are so grateful! Never had an issue at this location in general, but they really stood out
Savannah and Janet were so welcoming and kind, assisting us with our handicaps and getting us free taste samples. The frozen yogurt was delicious and the buffet was fresh, very well stocked and clean. The freshly cooked waffle cone was perfect. They treated my kid like a star on their birthday. We will definitely be returning. The pomegranate froyo is awesome!
