This location is disgusting. It constantly smells like sewage, the floors and counters are dirty, and we’ve seen dead roaches the past 2x. We will not visit this location again. The Menchie’s in Montaño Plaza is so much cleaner.
There was mold in the strawberries. I noticed to late we had already left, we back and asked for a refund and the girls behind the counter say they didn’t know how to give a refund, when I asked for the managers name they said they were not allowed to give out the name of the manager.

Place is small to eat in and sometimes doesn't smell so pleasant but the employees are nice and the yogurt delicious. Edit 13 Sep 24: Been coming here at least 2 times a month. Place still has a foul order, and the staff are still nice. But the place keeps getting dirtier and dirtier. Management has to make it clear that the staff needs to continuously clean tables, sweep, and wipe off the counters. Honestly, I can deal with the smell, but the trash...come on.
