This is not the Menchie’s it used to be. We went for a special treat with our family an hour before the scheduled closing and found the store disassembled, with most of the space blocked with stacked chairs and tables and a dirty mop bucket next to the yogurt machines. The employee was unapologetic and told us we couldn’t use the restrooms because they had already been cleaned for the night. Thankfully, there are really great alternatives in Tyler, and we know not to visit here again.
It was my first time here and there was great customer service they helped me understand what to do. Definitely will be back again to get yummy froyo!
Great place to spend the day going store to store
