the ice cream came out dripping, the place was kind of gross, and unkept, like what's the point of having workers if they aren't even doing anything. this place needs some serious maintenance, and maybe a health code inspection, like who the hell is running this place. then the audacity to have a tip jar and a tip option? for what? it's literally a self serve froyo place. no wonder this place has 3.4 stars, it would probably have less if a bunch of people with the same last name didn't leave 5 star reviews. it's just lazy ma... read more
The ice cream is literally melted coming from pipes. By the time you get out of the store you have swimming pool in your cup with all the flavors together. I saw the cashier putting mini cups for samples with bare hands touching the tops. You know the top you actually lick when tasting. It's a self serve and they are asking for tips. Like for what? Cashier just stands there until you come and pay. Like seriously?
The frozen yogurt was very runny, it came out super soft almost melted, it’s been like this ever since it got taken over by new management, it’s almost like they’re trying to save money on electricity or something and their freezer isn’t cold enough. my froyo shouldn’t be melted before i even pay for it. i’ve brought attention to this multiple times in the past, (like multiple times throughout the past 2 years) and nothing has been done to fix it if not it got worse, idk who’s managing this place but they need to do better.
