I was planning to bring my kids baseball team to Menchie’s after their game and checked online before heading over. The posted hours said they were open until 11 PM, but when we arrived at 10:10 the store was completely closed. Very disappointing, especially with a group of excited kids. Please update your hours so customers can rely on the information provided.

Brought my kids here as a special treat before school starts, and unfortunately, it was disappointing from the start. We weren’t greeted when we walked in. Instead, the employee stood behind the counter staring at my kids the entire time as if they were going to steal something. Flavors were decent, but some of the machines were out of order. Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is a clean, fun spot with a great variety of yogurt flavors and tons of toppings. The staff was quick and efficient, and there’s even a separate room for kids to play (or be loud), plus outdoor seating. But heads-up on the price: we paid nearly $30 for four self-serve yogurts, definitely on the expensive side. Johnny was very kind. Join the rewards program and get a free fro-yo on your birthday. Store is always clean and well stocked.
