I live nearby and have tried to stop by 3 days in the past 10 days and all 3 times they've been closed. The first time they were closed they had a sign that said closed for the day. Sign isn't up anymore. No idea if they've been closed this entire time since then. Edit: 4/26 im back again two days later! There's a new sign up saying this location is closed until further notice. Looking inside the windows I see several of the yogurt machines are missing.

Hours of operation are very inconsistent. Don’t expect Google-reported hours to mean the place is actually open.

Signs says opens at 3p… Been here since 2:45 and it’s now 3:15, no one here. Door dash says they are open at 5p. Please update your sign so I don’t waste my time standing outside. Thanks

This place is filthy. Every surface is filthy and the trash cans are completely full. Even the napkin holders are filthy and dusty. Aside from how gross this place is, half their frozen yogurt dispensers have been off the last two times I have been there. I will not be going back to this Menchie's.

The dirtiest “restaurant” type establishment I’ve ever been to. So sad, because I love Menchies. Must just be this store.
