The employees working the closing shift on Monday, July 21st, closed the doors at 9:50pm. I pointed out the time. They let us in, even though technically the store didn’t close for another 10 minutes. We were completely understanding, but felt awkward as the employees frowned upon us, closed up toppings, then after we all paid, the male employee said, “next time, come earlier.” Even though the store still wasn’t supposed to be closed. They then refused the next customer after us, before 10:00pm.

I just went to munchies.This places is always dirty. They have 2 girls working.. well, sitting down by the register. They're talking to each other. No eye contact to the customer. No hello or thank you. I said thank you to the BIG girl when she gave me the receipt. She said "aha". And kept on talking to the other girl. Obviously it's hard to get young people to work. So they have to put up with this type of behavior. These kind of young people are gonna make the business to go bankruptcy.

i have visited this location many times one of the girls is amazing with customer service i have no clue how some say that they are rude both girls are very nice and helpful and have amazing flavors!!!!!!!!! I love the TART flavor
