Was my first time at this place only because my son had a gift card very nice people works at this location it ms self Serve and goes by the weight of how much you add in your cup They have cones as well.
I came in with my young kids to use the restroom and was told by the gentleman working there that I needed to wait because someone was inside. Just seconds later, an older lady walked in and asked about items for sale. When I mentioned that I was waiting for the restroom, she immediately told me it was “out of order,” clearly unaware of what I had just been told. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. the female employee with short hair, who seems to be the OWNER which makes sense because if it was an employee they’d be fired SO QUICK with how many negative reviews there are. No free samples which is stupid and the whole point of froyo. I nicely asked if there was sample cups and she barked that there isn’t free samples. terrible/wierd/uncomfortable experience!!!! the worker/owner (short hair women) was awful! THE FIRST offense was her being extremely rude about no samples! we kindly asked if we were allowed to take a sample (GOD FORBID I WANT TO TRY A FLAVOR AT A YOGURT SHOP) and she was like “NOOOOOO SAMPLEEEES ALLOWED!!” in a very aggressive tone and then said “ ALL THE FLAVORS ARE BASIC FLAVORS JUST WITH FANCY NAMES!!!” also with a condescending tone!
