We had a great experience at Menchie's! The frozen yogurt was fresh, the toppings were well stocked, and the store was clean and welcoming. Patrick provided outstanding customer service and really went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary bottle of water on the house. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel appreciated as customers. Friendly employees like Patrick make all the difference. We'll definitely be coming back!
In the last year this place has gone down hill, yogurt is watery, everything is messy n sticky, n theres never anyone greeting you, I use 2 love coming here but I guess ill have 2 find a new 1
AJ is absolutely the best! You'll find yourself coming here for his hospitality alone, whether you're in the mood for froyo or not. So incredibly rare to get such excellent customer service, even rarer for it to be so genuine. I will be back soon without a doubt.
