Second time stopping at this location, and unfortunately not by my own choosing. The place tries to mask the smell of mold with strong bleach, but overall it still felt unclean. There were many children eating here, which made the lack of cleanliness even more concerning. The entire location needs a thorough deep cleaning, and the yogurts need to be handled with more care. I was a bit skeptical coming here but it was definitely worth it. The flavor options are amazing. Honestly, the best tasting cold food I've had this century.

I would give this one star if I didn’t enjoy this place prior to my most recent visit. I came to redeem my birthday reward and the cashier did not know how to redeem the reward. As she was alone she called her manager who also couldn’t figure it out. My frozen yogurt was melting during this entire 10+ minute ordeal. I was eventually given a “courtesy” $5 off even though it was a reward I earned and shouldn’t have had to pay for anything as it was not my fault the reward would not pull up.
