Froyo it’s always awesome! Heather you should try to find a job that makes you happy. Your miserable demeanor towards customers was unbearable. Also when you are making waffle cones you should take your gloves off to receive cash! Health department wouldn’t approve.
Location is closed. (door locked, lights off, chairs up). If they are normally closed on Sundays, Google hours have not been updated at the time of this review and are showing they should be open.
Customer service could be better. Cashier should get off her personal mobile. When All guest enter and leave Greet with a smile. Youth likes this special treat would definitely avoid this location.
Idk what happened to this location. It used to be sooo good but every time I have gone in the past 6 months the machines are down and the froyo tastes rancid. No idea what the staff there is doing wrong but it feels like they need some serious help.
