Good place to go for ice cream by little seating
There’s always something missing when we come here. This time, the original tart flavor was completely melted, my son wanted the marshmallow topping, but there was none, and the same thing happened with the chocolate sauce. The girl working there offered to scoop some chocolate out with a spoon, which I agreed to, but I never expected her to use the same tiny spoon that customers use to eat the ice cream. Great options delicious
We love Menchie’s but it always feels “sticky icky” in there. They need to make sure to keep the topping bins full as well as the liquid toppings as they are usually out of magic shell or warm caramel.
This was the MOST DIRTIEST UNKEPT Menchies I have EVER been in. Please do better. I wasn’t going to do a review but I seen a review for the same thing stations not clean. Spoons to get items was dirty and the containers were also dirty so I did not get any fun stuff. The only clean area was the fruits and bobo area. This location needs to do better it’s in a great area and I drove a ways to get to this location to be let down.
