TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! My recent visit to Menchie's was ruined by an employee named Shael. Her rude and disrespectful behavior towards my daughter was shocking. When my daughter asked about toppings, Shael was sarcastic and dismissive. After a small spill, Shael loudly reprimanded her, causing my daughter to cry. The awful customer service overshadowed everything. I hope Menchie's addresses Shael's behavior, as I can't recommend this location after such a negative experience."
Just know you are paying .69 cents per ounce for your frozen yogurt so be careful and cautious filling up your cup. I love the taste of the tart one with a small spoonful of the mango Boba which pop so yummy. My last serving was just under $5. Sometimes the parking can really suck in this area so I have left more often than stopped in for a cold dessert treat when I am in the area.

First time we have a bad experience with menchie's, we usually only go to the one at Doctor Phillips because is the nearest but we find ourselves far away from that one and decide to go to this one, twice that we came in to the store there was no one to receive us, first time we got out of the store, my girlfriend and I find a very weird taste with the "Original Flavor" tasting like acid and sour in a completely different way that normally taste (meaning that is expired or almost meeting that point) came back for the second ... read more
The place has gone downhill for sure. I just came here this Thursday right after lunch for a sweet treat and the girl ringing us up was rude and on her phone the whole time. Not only that she left the place a huge mess. She does not know how to do her job and I will not be coming back.
