I used to visit this place frequently because of their delicious dairy-free vanilla bean flavor sweetened with Stevia, which was my go-to choice along with a couple of other vegan options. However, lately, I've been disappointed to find that the vegan vanilla is often unavailable, and the other flavors don't seem to taste the same. I really hope they bring back the vegan vanilla flavor, as it's essential to cater to customers with dietary restrictions and ensure there's a variety of flavors for everyone.
Service was horrible, drove 20 minutes just for cake batter and then they were out. Very disappointed in this community. DO BETTER!
My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here as it is close to us, and Apple Maps as well as their hours on their building say that they are open until 9 on weekdays, however we got there tonight (Monday) at 8:40pm to grab a quick snack, and they were closed and had taped a paper to their door about updated winter hours and now close at 8:30. This was really disappointing. What difference does a half an hour make? It is early October in Georgia, and it was in the mid 80°s today. Why the winter hours?? Ridiculous and lazy.
Definitley enjoyed this Location! Over the past few years, Places like Sweet Monkey and Menchies and either closed all or some of their locations and some of my nearby ones got affected. Until I remembered this was still open. Tryed it out Sunday, and right on the spot, clean, not trashy, Ice Cream was great, Kit-Kat's and M&M's (i call them "Slim Shady's" XD) were great and not "hard" Great customer service and would recommend!
