Ordered a cake from here and the process was very easy in store. The manager texted me a couple days out to confirm the order and talk about the details of the cake. She responded quick and the day of pick up provided pictures of the cake along with details for transport, storage, and preparation for eating. My son loved the look and taste of the cake. He said everything was perfect. Great customer service here!
I love this place. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and the flavors are delicious and healthier. Pro tip: get the pistachio flavor, drizzle chocolate ingredient of choice, top with their kaitifi topping. It is a low calorie Dubai chocolate treat and it’s sooooo good.
I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and always get cake batter as one of the flavors. Today when I went and had it, something about it tasted off- as if the milk/yogurt had gone bad. I let the lady at the cashier know and she went to tell the manager. The manager came, tried it be then said this is how it tastes like. They could’ve at least asked if I wanted to make a new one? Unfortunately this type of customer service has made me not want to come back here.
I love Menchies. Went yesterday and several flavors out which was ok but it was dirty inside. The floor was sticky and there were crumbs everywhere. I hope this was an infrequent occurrence but makes me hesitant to get food here. Nobody cleaned up before they opened. The girl was in the back most of the time. Owner asked what day-Memorial Day about 1 pm
