A great place for the family! Delicious treats, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly customer service and staff are a few to describe this joint! Stress were released whenever we visited this cool place! 😀

I've visited many Menchie's locations across many states, this by far was the worse! I wish I could give negative stars just off customer service alone. The receptionist, Leah, is rude and unprofessional. Avoid this location if you like quality customer service.

I’ve been thinking about reviewing this menchie’s location for a while. Of course cannot complain about the ice cream because menchie’s its good wherever you go but particularly this location is always missing something, either its toppings, ice cream flavors or something, I dont know what it is but they are lacking something everytime I visit. Whoever is running this store has to improve. Today it was the chocolate fudge.

The place was crowded with people at 8:45 and they were pulling away all the toppings from the customers. I understand you close in 15 minutes, but that means you’re still open for 15 minutes.

The ice cream was delicious, but the service from the young lady working here was extremely rude. We came as a group of three and were still trying to choose our flavors, but she kept rushing us and clearly seemed annoyed that we were taking our time. Her attitude made us feel very unwelcome. As paying customers, we expected at least basic courtesy and patience. It honestly felt like she didn't want customers in the store at all.
