I usually love this place but whoever the receptionist was today on Thursday, May 28th, 2026 was terrible. So incredibly rude. The vanilla machine seems to be broken when you pull it down, it doesn’t go back up on its own. My sister (10 years old) wasn’t able to push it back up in time before some vanilla froyo fell on the drain tray. Excellent frozen yogurt, weight based, self service. Love it, only one in the area I know of. Nice rewards program and occasional bogo special. Sometimes the fruit isn't so fresh so I skip it, otherwise perfect!
Visited this location last weekend. And the young lady was soooo pleasant. I asked if she can make my waffle cones fresh, she did it with no worries. Very polite too. I had a really good customer service here. I will be back
