Used to go to Menchies routinely. Workers are always pleasant and helpful. The owner, however, I cannot say the same about. Had a very rude run in with the owner recently and after the owner admitted fault for the altercation, he didn’t attempt to fix the situation but instead walked away. I would recommend any other place simply because the small business owner is a man I’d argue shouldn’t be supported, unfortunately.
The yogurt was terrible, and the customer service was awful. It was a terrible experience.
Daynna was so kind and helpful. It was our family first time here. She was patient and explained everything. I love this spot and will definitely come again! Thank you for making our experience great!
A great place for the family! Delicious treats, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly customer service and staff are a few to describe this joint! Stress were released whenever we visited this cool place! 😀
