I love the variety of frozen yogurt flavors! It’s fun trying different seasonal flavors. I also like to collect the spoons. Sometimes the spoons change with the seasons too! Always sweet customer service!
Went into this place because it looks amazing you even get to try some of the frozen yogurt and put your own toppings on ," Amazing Right "?. But BEWARE they don't accept any kind of big bills. I promptly asked the cashier if there's any place I could get change and she said no. I was completely embarrassed my money was no good and me and my girlfriend were turned down Unbelievable .
I don't usually leave reviews, but the treatment my two friends and I received at Menchie's tonight was downright appalling. We walked in 15 minutes before closing--well within operating hours--and were immediately met with sighs, eye-rolls, and passive-aggressive comments from the staff, as if we were some kind of burden for wanting frozen yogurt at a FROZEN YOGURT SHOP. We came in pretty near closing time but the workers were all super sweet! They took time to reassure us that we were welcome even though it was so late, even though they were doing things like cleaning tables and sweeping and doing something with the yogurt machines. They promised us that we would be able to get whatever we wanted and we wouldn’t need to rush anything. The girls were also obviously friends with each other which was super sweet to see.
