Walked in to two employees and a "employee/friend?" Gossiping at the register. No welcome, no hello. Trying to get our cups and all I hear is "he's so gay" and "fuck that". Stories or eating brownies from the freezer and getting yelled at by "some asshole" about needing a waffle bowl. Watched countless customers come in to zero greeting, while the friend ate sample after sample (even refilling her dirty sample cup!!!) Yogurt was great, these girls need to be fired. Whomever were working tonight were absolutely great! Gave all the kids balloons and stickers, very welcoming, and super friendly! What a great team!
