Ordered two cups of ice cream and recieved basically 80% brownie/bites and 20% froyo at the bottom. Paid for cup of toppings and no ice cream. Plus you send a tart açaí bowl that waent ordered. You just ruined my night
Poor customer service. If the machines malfunction the customer is held responsible. Staff needs immediate training in de-escalating disputes and better processes.
Great spot! The girl working there was super nice, and there’s a ton of toppings to choose from. Loved it!
