Came in around 1:30 today. Staff was extremely unfriendly. Didn’t even say hi back when we said hi to her. Multiple tables were dirty and floor with crumbs etc all over. By far the worst experience we’ve had at a menchies location.

I love menchies in Altoona. They have great workers and amazing service as well. They keep it very organized which is a plus!! Most of The employees are very nice as well. They also have great new flavors! When I was last in there, it was a little messy with toppings on the ground.. BUT I actively saw two employees cleaning up as the day went on.
I went in at 2 pm ish. And walked into great constumer service. They helped me out. And the place was very clean. I highly recommended.
Place has gone downhill. Inside the air conditioning appears to be out. The machines aren’t working. Kids working have friends hanging out with them at the counter. Staff is eating at the counter - not using utensils, then proceeding to use their unwashed hands to help customers.
