Miss the chalk for the kids to play with and the waffle cones tasted old
Walked in to two employees and a "employee/friend?" Gossiping at the register. No welcome, no hello. Trying to get our cups and all I hear is "he's so gay" and "fuck that". Stories or eating brownies from the freezer and getting yelled at by "some asshole" about needing a waffle bowl. Watched countless customers come in to zero greeting, while the friend ate sample after sample (even refilling her dirty sample cup!!!) Yogurt was great, these girls need to be fired. I brought my family who was visiting from out of state to try Menchie’s for the first time on4/28/2018 at 6pm. Extremely disappointing experience. Many of the toppings were empty and the temperature in the dining area was extremely warm. The cashier was nice and offered to sign us up for the reward program but I don’t plan on returning so I declined.
it is under new management and seems to be thriving and doing good. Has a great bunch of new employees and keeps it clean and fun group. Definitely a nee fan
Love this place! It's close by and always neat,clean, with great selections.They always have my favorite pineapple sorbet which is so refreshing on a hot Texas day! I bring my Grandkids here often!
