My daughter had her 12th birthday party at this Menchies location this past weekend. The kids had a blast! Suzanne and her staff are great, and they took care of everything for me! I highly recommend any of the party packages for an easy stress free day!

It's 8:00 pm on a Thursday evening and staff members already stacked outdoor tables and chairs inside. I wanted to take my 5 year old to the restroom and was told the bathroom was closed because they are cleaning them. Mopping inside started at 8:20 pm and the store smelled like cleaning supplies. We were forced to sit on the bench outdoor. Poor customer service!

Suzanne & her staff are awesome!! She is so sweet & so accommodating! We have now had both of our daughter's birthday parties here, & they both turned out great!! :) I highly recommend using them for parties(they make it so fun- with games, chalkboard coloring, party favors, & more)!
