They told me they don’t offer samples anymore??? The Dulce de Leche tasted OFF tonight… almost like it could be spoiled or have cleaning chemicals. Would not have gotten it if I could have tried it first. Only good part was the toppings. Also thought it was messed up to be putting the spoons in the cup before calculating the weight. Very sneaky. Disappointed with this RIP OFF experience.
Very unkept! Not clean at all! Please!! Someone needs to clean this place urgently. All the lids on the toppings are dirty. It looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while. My kids are allergic to peanuts. The peanut toppings were very messy. I can't trust the other toppings are not contaminated. I walked in and no one was here. I thought that was a good thing at the time, as I did not have to deal with lots of people or long lines. But now I know why no one was there.
I was reading old reviews from this place. However today 08/13/25 the cashier was super nice and we were allowed to try the flavors. Everything was clean and very yummy!!
Today (7/25/2025 around 5:30 PM), I went to this ice cream place with my four kids — a spot we’ve visited many times before. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. After we paid, my daughter mentioned that the condensed milk syrup on her ice cream tasted off. It turned out she had gotten the last bit from the container. My son politely approached the cashier to let her know and asked if we could have it replaced. The response?
