I'm not sure which one is worse. If how dirty the place is or how bad the customer service is.
Floors were dirty employees were in the back loud. Had to wait for them to come out to be charge. It’s been a couple of months I noticed the place is going down in quality so sad.
If I could give less stars I would. So my wife and I just walked in here to get some frozen yogurt. She had to go to the bathroom so when she got there she asked if she could use the bathroom the and the employee said no. So then I asked if I could get a sample cup and the employee said they dont give sample cups at that location. I’ve been to plenty of menchies and this is the first time I was told that they don’t give sample cups. I went to Menchies at Pembroke Pines for national froyo day and my experience got cut short. I showed up 6 minutes before closing at 10pm and the lady was beyond rude! She said “we are closed” when they were in fact NOT closed. Everyone was so upset even. people that got there at 9:50 was told no. I tried to tell her you don’t close until 10. she says “we are closed for more customers now but we stay to clean till 10” which is the biggest lie so far in 2025. I went the other day to get some frozen yogurt. very delicious and the costumer service was very good. Briana was very helpful and kind. she’s a great employee. 👍
