Closing at 5:30 pm on a Friday because of Halloween?? Since when is Halloween a holiday where a business closes early? Give me a break! No sign or anything. Drove all the way from Kirkland to get here in traffic! I guess if we decide to go here again, we will call to make sure that they’re not closing because of some other “holiday”. This is ridiculous and I hope the owner sees this and chooses not to close early next Halloween.

Terrible customer service, woman working the front rolled her eyes just because i wouldnt leave a tip when she didnt even do anything besides just check us out. We love menchies with our kids but terrible customer service always ruins it.
