Terrible staff and experience, do NOT go here. Quality has really gone down.
We’ve been coming here on and off for about 2.5 years — it’s the only froyo spot in Bothell, so we keep giving it chances. There seems to be a recurring pattern with staffing: almost every visit features the same dynamic — one employee who’s pleasant and quiet, and one who’s rude, visibly put-out, and has no customer service instincts.
