I had been seeing Dr. Mencher for approximately 15 years and could not have been more pleased. While in the beginning my focus was on depression, ADD/ADHD, poor self esteem, etc., the focus shifted more to medication management and general check-ins as I moved into being an adult. I've valued the honest and open approach, alongside a firm and direct response when necessary. I highly recommend, and would only change his location so that I could continue seeing him.
