Horrible Practice. They do not care about families or children. We loved Summer, but the office is rediculous. I arrived for my sons appt 30 min early to have the rude, Curly hair older lady give me an attitude like she always does, demanding I change my sons PCP and that he would not be seen without me calling. Would absolutely NOT recommend to any parents. Absolutely no organization or time management. Always ended up being there for an hour and a half to two hours. I have not been surprised to see a lot of moms on Facebook also leaving the office and I’m glad they are. Had a staff member chase me down when I finally walked out one day threatening that I would have to pay for vaccines my child did NOT receive. She should know, that would be insurance fraud. High level of expertise but they always feel like family as well.
Some of the most disrespectful, entitled nurses that I've ever come across in my life. My son will NOT be returning.
